Abstract

This article discusses the transfer of land to the private sector, organizational and legal aspects of land transfer to
the private sector, the introduction of equal, transparent and market-based procedures for land allocation, ensuring
stability in land ownership and legal relations, land protection , guaranteeing the property rights of landowners,
as well as the issue of its free circulation as an object of civil law relations by determining the economic value of
land.
